OsmAndRafaga is based on the OsmAnd (OSM Automated Navigation Directions). This app adds a new plugin layer for VANET applications accesible under the "display settings->pluginsLayer" tag.
Currently, the only implemented application is based on the the eSBR protocol.

You have to configure the wifi interface in ad-hoc mode. To this end we used the following tool: https://code.google.com/p/android-wifi-tether/ A brief how-to guide about the app will be added soon.
